What we collect on this site

• Contact and trial requests. Name, work email, organisation, domain and message, when you submit the contact form. Used to reply to you and, if you start a trial, to provision it. Kept for two years after the last contact, then deleted.
• Free tool queries. The domain or IP you submit is used to run the check and is held in a memory cache for up to two minutes. It is not written to a database and is not linked to you. Server access logs record your IP address and the request URL for 30 days for abuse prevention.
• Analytics. Aggregate page-view statistics without cookies and without cross-site identifiers. No advertising trackers.
• Theme preference. Stored in your browser only, never sent to us.

What we do not do

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for their own purposes. We do not use third-party form services, so form submissions go only to our own server. We do not load fonts or scripts from third-party hosts.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 you may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or erased, and withdraw consent. Write to privacy@spamjadoo.com. We reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Product data

Mail processed by a Spamjadoo deployment is governed by the customer agreement, not by this notice. In hosted deployments Spamjadoo acts as a processor on the customer's instructions and data is stored in India unless otherwise agreed.
