Onboarding

Create the customer, add their domains, set the relay target, and change their MX. There is nothing to install at the customer. Recipient validation can use their directory or an SMTP callout to their server, so unknown users are refused at the handshake from the first day.

Multi-tenant console

Each customer is a tenant with its own policy, quarantine and reports. Your technicians see every tenant; customer administrators, if you give them access, see only theirs. Policy templates let you apply your standard configuration to a new customer in one step.

Reporting under your brand

Weekly and monthly reports with your logo and name: connections refused, messages accepted, top blocked sources, authentication failures by sending domain. The report is the renewal conversation.
